The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Program Services RFP, released August 2023, aims to select a Program Management/Construction Management (PMCM) team for leadership of various projects under LAWA's Capital Improvements Program (CIP II). The contract is for 5 years with two possible 1-year extensions. The total available contract value is $950 million and it is expected to be distributed across 3 teams (Small, Medium, Large Firm).
This proposal featured D'Leon Consulting Engineers as a Small Firm Prime, with key partners including ADCI, Anser Advisory, BCG, and more.
