I am a civil engineer, a design and marketing consultant, and a chainmail jeweler.
With D'Leon Consulting Engineers, based in Long Beach, CA, I focus on civil engineering, design, and marketing for public infrastructure mega-projects. I work with large teams on alternative & traditional delivery projects for airports, light & heavy rail, freeways & local streets, and utilities. I am a licensed Professional Engineer in California and LEED Accredited Professional.
As a design and marketing professional, I specialize in print and digital documents for the AEC industry, though I have many years of design experience across other disciplines. I have prepared multi-hundred page proposals, project-specific one-pagers, pitch decks, websites, social media campaigns, branding packages, and more.
In my free time, I am a passionate creator, especially of chainmail jewelry. I enjoy exploring mixed materials and producing one-of-a-kind wearable art pieces.
I hope that my art will nurture identity and facilitate self-expression, while my professional pursuits will contribute to progressive growth in sustainable practice, diversity, and equity for the AEC workforce and projects.
